What did you do with your share last week?

We love to know what folks are doing with their food after they take it home…it’s a wonderful way to share your local eating experience with your co-eaters, and give ideas, inspiration and incentive to everyone in our food community.  Sometimes having a CSA share can be daunting, especially if you’re new on the local eating scene, and it’s comforting to know you’re not alone and see what other folks are doing with the food sitting right there in your fridge!

In the spirit of sharing, Circus member Ben sent us this pic of the rhubarb upside-down cake he made last week with the ‘barb in his core share…his first time cooking with rhubarb, and it looks from here like a delicious success.  Thanks Ben!

If you’ve got a picture or recipe of what you’ve done with your share ingredients, we’d love to post it – just send us an email and we’ll put it up. We love Community Shared Recipes and Photos!

Happy eating!
